Background
Fredrik has spent two decades inside enterprise software licensing: negotiating agreements, defending audits, and optimizing license positions across the major vendors. His background includes enterprise software roles at Cisco, where he saw first-hand how vendor licensing, discounting, and audit programs are actually built and run.
He co-founded Citrix Licensing Experts to turn that insider knowledge into leverage for enterprise buyers. On engagements he leads the commercial strategy — benchmarking pricing, constructing credible alternatives, and running negotiations alongside the client's team — and he personally authors a large share of the buyer-side research published across this site.
